Was established in 2008 by very dynamic individuals.

Mission

Alju International Manpower Services, Inc. serves a diverse range of clients across Asia, the USA, and Europe, especially the Middle East from small local businesses to large multinationals, start-up companies, industrial, refineries and private sector organizations. At AIMS, recruitment is all about partnerships. We advertise, promote, interview, give IQ tests, and select and match qualified applicants to fill vacancies based on job specs. We take the time to listen to our clients and to really research the culture of your organization before sourcing precisely the right candidates for the job based on their personalities as well as experience.

Vision

With the conviction that life is more than a livelihood, the AIMS focuses on what is ultimately worthwhile and fosters the development of the whole person in mind, body, and spirit before mobilizing them to its clients. The agency adheres: a) that every individual has the right to free choice of endeavour, subject to existing law, rules and regulations and the right to continue the process until completing a contract; b) that individuals have every right to apply as OFW to be able to share their expertise and knowledge on the job following the approved specifications and to further such knowledge without fear of retribution and harassment. Alju International Manpower Services, Inc., strives to be a wholesome institution, respecting the different backgrounds and beliefs in its ranks. It stimulates individuals' critical thinking and heightens their moral sensitivity through value-oriented skills training. It encourages its ranks to be seekers of true friendship, proactive leadership and leading lives with unselfish service to others. As a private service institution, AIMS asserts who should be hired, what may be desired from the individual and how it shall be acquired and reserves the right to selection to its clients/principals subject to the terms and conditions of the policy of the institution. In adhering to these freedoms, AIMS makes this special demand on its candidates. As members of a professional organization, the individuals should be able to work closely with the institution's staff who have a wide range of interests and capabilities to acquire what is required for the job. To serve the principal, they should continue to grow professionally and be guided by the unique and distinctive objectives of each principal, the integrated development of research findings, intellect and proactive activities that are part of the unique description of the job. As an applicant, the individuals should be able to appease the doubts about their technical work and be able to rectify whatever problems that relate to performance. As overseas contract workers, the individuals should be able to conduct themselves proactively by observing and adhering to all local laws and be able to cultivate and quantify the art of communication, analysis, and constructive criticism. The individuals must reflect and maintain a high degree of competence and demonstrate professional excellence in reputable scholarly work without fear of any form of intimidation or harassment from the principal or client.
As incumbent, the individual should be able to appease the colleague's query on the job as regards issues on tasking and be able to come up with structural step-by-step learning modules to crystallize understanding of the colleagues and principal(s). They should be able to stay with their colleagues to complete the task at all costs.
